Our children’s therapy sessions combine gentle talking with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as “tapping,” to help kids express their feelings, reduce anxiety, and build emotional confidence in a safe, supportive space.

Using age-appropriate language and play-based approaches, we guide children to explore their emotions, understand challenges, and release stress through simple tapping techniques. This hands-on method helps calm the nervous system and empowers children to manage big feelings like fear, sadness, anger, or overwhelm.
